Effective July 23, 2026 · RR PROJECTS LLC, operating Zeni Line
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, joining a group, or using Zeni Line in any way, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Zeni Line is, and what it is not
Zeni Line is a private coordination and communication platform that helps a group route requests to nearby, qualified, available members, and lets an AI assistant ("Zeni") field routine questions using only the knowledge a group has explicitly chosen to teach her.
Zeni Line is NOT:
An emergency service or a substitute for 911. If a situation is life-threatening, call 911 first.
A provider of professional medical, veterinary, legal, or safety advice. Any guidance Zeni gives is general information from your group's own materials, not professional advice.
A guarantee that any request will be answered , it connects people, it doesn't promise an outcome.
3. Accounts and groups
You're responsible for keeping your login and any voice/emergency PIN confidential.
Group coordinators/admins are responsible for the accuracy of any knowledge they teach Zeni, the settings they configure, and decisions about membership.
A member removed from a group loses access to that group; their prior activity record is retained for the group's own accountability.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Zeni Line to: violate the law; harass or endanger anyone; submit false reports; attempt to access another user's account or another group's private data; interfere with the service's operation; or use it to enable a public-facing directory or listing without our agreement.
A phone number found to be abusing the system (hoax reports, harassment) may be flagged by a group and denied dispatch , this is a group-level safety tool, not a promise of investigation or enforcement by us.
5. Emergency & safety features
Breakthrough / after-hours access is limited to recognized group members unless a group explicitly opens it to the public.
Emergency codes let a person alert their own pre-approved contacts (and the group). This is a private-circle alert, not a connection to police, fire, medical, or other emergency dispatch services.
Ride-home links (Maps/Uber/Lyft) are provided as pass-through convenience links only. We do not book, pay for, drive, or supervise any ride. Anyone who uses these links , and any family who enables them for someone in their care , is solely responsible for that ride, its cost, and its safety, under the terms of the ride provider (e.g., Uber, Lyft) they connect to.
Recording: if a group enables call recording, Zeni will disclose this at the start of the call. Groups are responsible for complying with applicable recording-consent laws in their area.
6. Content and knowledge
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, files, Guide notes).
By flagging a Guide note as knowledge Zeni may use, a coordinator confirms they're responsible for that content's accuracy and grants us permission to use it to generate responses to callers, together with a standard disclaimer.
Zeni's guidance is always accompanied by a disclaimer that it is general information, not professional advice, and that life-threatening situations should go to 911.
7. Intellectual property
The Zeni Line software, design, and brand are owned by RR PROJECTS LLC and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Zeni Line is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR PROJECTS LLC is not liable for: the accuracy of guidance given by Zeni based on a group's own knowledge; the actions or availability of any group member; the outcome of any dispatched request; or any ride, referral, or third-party service accessed through the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $0 if you paid nothing).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Text messaging program
Zeni Line, operated by RR PROJECTS LLC, runs a text messaging program for the volunteers and staff of subscribing organizations, and for members of the public who text an organization's published number first. Messages are conversational and service related. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in: tick the consent box at zeniline.com/sms/signup or on your account page. The box is never ticked for you. After signing up you receive one confirmation message and must reply YES before anything else is sent.
Message frequency varies, depending on how often your group needs to reach you.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and never a condition of joining or staying in an organization.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP, visit zeniline.com/sms, or email us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information is sold, and no mobile information or opt-in data is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be communicated to group coordinators.
