Zeni Line

Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026  ·  RR PROJECTS LLC, operating Zeni Line

1. What this covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information Zeni Line collects, why, and how it's protected, for anyone who uses the app , coordinators, members, and members of the public who call, text, or file a report.

2. Information we collect

2a. Text messaging (SMS)

If you save a mobile number and tick the consent box, Zeni Line sends you text messages about requests for help and coordination for your groups. Full details, including how consent works and how to stop, are on the text messaging page. No mobile information or opt-in data is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent records (the time you ticked the box) are kept as part of the audit record.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your information.

4. Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the service:

5. Minors and emergency features

Zeni Line is built for use by adults coordinating help for their communities. The emergency code feature lets a caller alert their own pre-approved emergency contacts , including, in a family-circle setup, a parent or guardian being alerted by a minor. This is not a substitute for calling 911, and the app says so at the moment it's used. If your group serves minors directly, get appropriate guardian consent before enabling that feature for them.

6. Data retention & deletion

7. Security

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting alisa@rrprjcts.com or, where available, directly in your account settings.

9. Text messaging and your mobile number

If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, Zeni Line sends you recurring text messages about requests for help and coordination for your groups. You can opt in at zeniline.com/sms/signup or on your account page.

No mobile information is sold, and no mobile information or opt-in data is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to operate the service described in this policy and in our Terms of Service. Consent records, meaning the time you ticked the box and the exact wording you agreed to, are kept as part of the audit record. Full program details are on the text messaging page.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to group coordinators.
