Effective August 26, 2026 · RR PROJECTS LLC, operating Zeni Line
Want to sign up for texts? The opt-in form is open to
anyone at zeniline.com/sms/signup. No account and no sign-in
needed. You will see the consent box and its full wording there before you agree to anything.
1. What this program is
Zeni Line, operated by RR PROJECTS LLC, is a shared phone and text line for community organizations and nonprofits. Text messages are sent to two kinds of people, and only these two:
Volunteers and staff of an organization that uses Zeni Line, who receive requests for help and coordination updates about their own organization's line, and reply to accept, decline, or close a request.
Members of the public who text an organization's published number first, and receive replies to their own message.
All messages are conversational or service-related. Zeni Line sends no marketing or promotional messages of any kind.
2. How volunteers and staff opt in
This is the consent step exactly as it appears on the account page at zeniline.com (the page itself sits behind each user's own sign-in, so it is pictured here for review; direct image link: zeniline.com/sms/optin.png):
The complete workflow:
A coordinator at the organization invites the volunteer, by email or in person.
The volunteer creates their own account at zeniline.com and enters their own mobile number on their account page.
To save the number, they must tick a consent box that is unchecked by default and reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Zeni Line at this number about requests for help and coordination for my groups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms." The Privacy Policy and Terms are linked inside that consent text itself.
The date and time of that consent is stored as an audit record.
Consent is not a condition of joining an organization or of any purchase. A volunteer can stop at any time by replying STOP or by removing their number on their account page.
3. How members of the public opt in
By texting first. An organization publishes its Zeni Line number on its own website, printed material, and voicemail. When a person texts that number, our replies answer that person's own message. We never send the first message, and we never text a number that has not messaged us. The first reply a person receives identifies the organization and Zeni Line and includes how to stop: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
4. Message frequency, rates, and stopping
Message frequency varies with your organization's activity. A quiet week can mean no messages; an active day can mean several.
Message and data rates may apply, charged by your own phone carrier.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one final message confirming you are opted out, and nothing further.
No mobile information or opt-in data is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to operate the service described here. See the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
