Zeni answers every call warmly, works out what the caller needs, answers only from what your team taught her, and connects callers to the right person on your team. She is taught by the group, so she is only ever as informed as the people who set her up. Every call is written down, and a real emergency always reaches a real person.
Each organization's line answers calls on its own phone number, registered in the organization's own name. Lines are voice only today. Our two-way text messaging program is built and described in full, including how consent works and how to stop, on the text messaging page, and it is pending carrier registration. Anyone can read the program terms and opt in in advance at zeniline.com/sms/signup. Nothing is sent to anyone until they opt in and confirm.
A one-time setup fee, then a flat monthly fee. Nothing is ever billed by the minute, and people who simply call a line are never counted and never charged. Registered nonprofits and mutual-aid groups pay a named lower rate, and the monthly stops at a ceiling however many people are added.
